If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly offer you an exchange or refund for most of our merchandise within 30 days from receipt of product when accompanied by an original sales receipt or packaging list. After 30 days, we will refund your order with a merchandise credit. If no sales receipt is furnished, a merchandise credit will be issued at the current selling price.
Bevara does not accept returns on custom orders, upholstery, art, rugs or final sale items.
Returns are refunded in the original payment form for the merchandise price, less shipping and handling. Shipping and handling are non refundable charges unless an item is received in error, damaged on defective. Furniture must be returned in like new condition, with the original packaging and materials. Any furniture purchased on sale or discounted is non-returnable.
We regret that we are unable to cancel orders once they have been transmitted to our fulfillment center. Please note that a restocking fee of up to 25% of the merchandise price may be charged.
Custom orders are made especially for you and may only be canceled or changed within 24 hours from the date and time of order placement. We can not accept returns on custom orders.
Custom orders and orders for stocked furniture may be cancelled within 24 hours of submission. We are not able to cancel orders that have been transmitted to our fulfillment center.
If you have purchased an item that is now on sale, we will offer you a price adjustment within 14 days of the date of purchase. Original receipts must be furnished.
